My Booking Was Not Confirmed By Travolook.In Mumbai Delhi Mumbai My Account Debited & Payment Received By Travolook Dated 24/10/20. Amount Not Refunded Even After A Month Despite Protracted Follow Up . Seems To Be Fraudster Writing To DGCI For Blacklisting Of Agency. Protracted Correspondence / Calls To Customer Care No Resolution Coming (Reference SpiceJet
SG – 8152 Dated 24/10/2020 Mumbai -Delhi & GO AIR GB 336 Dated 24/10/2020 Purpose Fully Ticked Not Confirmed And Amount Misappropriated By Travolook Fraudster. Hope Better Sense Will Prevail On Travlolook & Refund Will Be Processed Immediately.
