Refund not received for failed transaction

I have a issue with paymoney a payment gateway and uco bank asansol railpar branch when i made transaction of rupees 297 through paymoney to purcghase a test series to from adda247.com on 19th january 2018 but unfortunately transaction had been failed but rupes 297 had been deducted from my uco bank account ifsc ucba0003278. payumoney when i had contact paymoney then they told me that they had refunded my money but same amount is not credited in my account. now i am in a big ploblem so please help me refund my money as soon as possible. here is my details
