Refund not received for unsuccessful recharge

On fifteenth of November I recharged my no. With 51 Rs. But it was unsuccessful, I contacted customer care they told me the amounts will be refunded within 3 days after 4 days I contacted again then they said they will forward the complaint and the amount will be refunded in next 3 days. Again reported them after 3 days and they say the complaint was not registered previously but they will register it now and will soon provide with the refund, but after such long time, no response yet.

    You have not mentioned who are ‘they’. You may send email to their customer care.
