Refund not received for unsuccessful recharge

On fifteenth of November I recharged my no. With 51 Rs. But it was unsuccessful, I contacted customer care they told me the amounts will be refunded within 3 days after 4 days I contacted again then they said they will forward the complaint and the amount will be refunded in next 3 days. Again …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
