Refund not received from Paytm after flight cancellation

I had booked ticket through goair from patna to banglore from paytm and had cancelled the ticket by contacting goair. But i was not getting the refund. I had escalated the issue to paytm to refund the money but they are showing the status as amount recieved but i have not got the refund yet.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
