Refund of deposit from Homigo Realty

Homigo Realty is a service apartment company based out of Bangalore. They provide a fully furnished apartment to their clients. We had rented an apartment from Homigo since August of 2018. For the same, we had paid a deposit of Rs. 1,00,000. However, Homigo has shut down now and the founders are accused of fraud and have absconded with the money. We want our deposit money to be refunded.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
