In the month of February i bought bajaj iron from sanpada dmart unit. At that time they were having a offer so as per the dmart worker it’s a good product and if there is any condition were product is not in condition of working, we will replace the product or if not available in stock you will get refund back. Today i visited the dmart unit they refuse to do so as product is not available and you have to contact to bajaj appliance for repair and when asked about servicing charges, he replied that we have to bare.
I only believed in this offer is bcoz similar we got from whirlpool they delivered to there commitment. Which I fail to get from bajaj.
Amount is not big but it is misleading information and commitment in which they promote false sale. Bajaj appliance is doing this as it was a product of bajaj and the promotion was done by dmart. As during office hours i will not be able to take calls so request you to contact me at email
