GTPL broadband support provides the worst service I have came across. I changed my flat and asked for GTPL shifting and they took 7 days, even after that wifi is not working. Technician told that you will get wifi within 30 mins if didn’t get, you can complain in GTPL customer care. First of all, they are not doing their complete work. And even when I made the compain, its been 4 days none of them has come to address this. I have called 3-4 times to customer care, they just say we have set the reminder for your complain. Technician will visit within 24 hrs. So, its been more than 10 days without wifi. I want my money back . I will never suggest anyone to use GTPL WIFI.
