Regarding big bazaar profit Club membership

Sir, i had invested Rs. 10000/- in Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership and have been cheated.Please help me to get back my hard earned money Sir. I am in great difficulty now. Wondering how did the government allowed this to happen at the first place. I was convinced by the BIG Bazaar STORE STAFF at Koramangala branch to invest Rs.10000/-. After this the Big Bazaars have got closed and I have lost my money. Please suggest how to get the refund of my hard earned money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
