Jio Mart order cancel. Value: 1427. Hi I ordered Crocs clog on Jio Mart on 24th January and I received order confirmation through SMS and Whatsapp. However, after 2 or 3 days no status was showing in the order and when I spoke to the customer care I was told that the order will be delivered on the delivery date. On 30 January I received a message saying my order would be delayed but when I saw in the App it showed order cancelled. When I spoke with the customer care I was told the order was cancelled due to technical issue. Common people are made fool like this.
