Recently I applied for a form filling data entry job that is to fill 1200 forms in 12 days, they also made me to sign the legal agreement, I sent them my signature photo, they attached it to the legal agreement. After that I am unable to complete the work, for that they are asking me to pay the charges of rs3,600 now, but I am from a poor family I want to do some part time job and earn money to look my expenses but I am gone in a wrong way. I am telling them I won’t pay anything but they are saying they filed a case against me in Tamil nadu court. I am scared now. I don’t know what to do. The company name is way panel technologies which I searched in Google but there no website in that name. I submitted them my adhar card and signature.
Please help with this problem
