We have paid Rs.3500/- on 21 oct 2020 in deepam matrimony cuddalore branch. In that time they said we will provide 3 month service and extra 1month free service. We will send u minimum 2 profiles per week and we will talk to the bride home then we will convey you the details. Till 9 January 2021 only I got the brides profile after that I didn’t receive any profiles. I have complained to the customer service also they said you will get 8 brides profile sorry for that inconvenience. But now they told me like u will not get profile your service was expired we will service you 3 months only.
