I have ordered a SONY PS5 Standard DualSense Bundle CFI-1208A01R 825GB SSD GB (White) on 8th Oct,2023 and it’s delivery date was 12th Oct,2023 and then rescheduled for 14th Oct 2023 , but till now it has not delivered in my address and repeatedly they giving a reschedule. Customer Care is not co-operating. Based on the Order details the package is sitting at Yeshwanthpur hub from 11th Oct 2023. I was ready to pick-up the package from the hub as well, but we have not got any details ,moreover one of the customercare agents were rude. IT is been 10 days already
