PAN Card Courier Velex Courier. Value: 100
Absolutely horrendous courier service for such an important documents. The PAN Card was sent on October 11th and the Velex Courier service website says it’s delivered on October 15th but it’s a total lie.
Unbelievable that NSDL is using this courier service for such important & timely documents. VELEX AWB 53xxxxxxxxx09
None of the customer care numbers work and even when they work they just say that they will call back but they never respond.
