Jiomart not refunding. Value: 631/-

hi, I ordered some grocery items from jiomart and paid via paytm. they did not have some of the items while packaging so they processed refund for the same. however i have not received the refund yet. registered mobile number: 73xxxxxx23. order id: 16646844040102074A. refund amount: 631/-. refund processed on 4th oct. I haven’t received the refund yet. please help

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
