Regarding delivery of damaged product by Amazon, Bluedart

On 14th November, I received one delivery otp for Analog watch product and I asked delivery partner to open the product but he mentioned bule dart will not give open box delivery then I shared the otp to Bule dart delivery partner.

Product box is totally damaged and watch also fully damaged. In the same box both watch and mobile invoices are there. And I contacted delivery person he asked to raise complaint to Amazon. After reaching to Amazon support on 15th November one of the executed mentioned still mobile is not for out for delivery and he asked me to wait till 17th November EOD. Again on 16th November I contacted Amazon support and executed mentioned order is delivered on 14th November. He raised investigation for the delivery. Today I received update from Amazon team that they will not give refund for the product. Please do needful for my issue.

And I received single otp for the delivery and no ever it is mentioned in the mail and message regarding which product is going to delivery.
