MakeMyTrip Not Refunding the money for cancelled flight

Make my Trip not refund the money for cancel flight booking. My travel date is 12-11-23 and I booked the flight ticket from Banglore to Dubai on 17-09-23. I cancelled the flight due to personal reasons on 31-10-23. But i called and contacted make my trip for many times for regarding the refund but still now i did not get any amount from them.I mentally disturbed due to not given the proper information from make my trip team. Need proper information and refund for the cancel booking.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
