I have recevied a call from contact no .90xxxxxxx9 and she asked her name Nxxxa and please fill onlineworksjob.com and i have fill the form then i thought that was fake site . then i cant fill complete form and the have tourcher after 3 day a fake stampaper @100 and agreement signed that was also fake and i received fake advocate call and he asked me to fill court case in this metter. kindly help me nad resolve problem address 912/a emprio complex dindoli , surat ,gujarat 394210. i have mently preshrised and was admited in hospital

I am also trapped in fraud data entry job now they are blackmailing me that they file a case on me …..I completed 199 foroms from 500 then then I watch you tube videos for data entry jobs and I found that they are fraud then I tried to call them that I am not doing work anymore they can,t pick the call I tried many times then they call me on the day after deadline and said that you r culprit ……crystal wave technologie .
I am complaint against onlineworksjob.com they have threaten me the first person asked me to join they have my adhar pan card dtail so they say the can legal action against me so i have scared right now please help me

if you guys know that they are fake then why are you afraid. it’s fraud company they asks for money they don’t have any genuine job tp provide. just ask them to file the case. i am sure they will not do so if they are fake(that they surely are ).

I went through the same thing. Go to your nearest cyber police and file a GD. The officers will tell you not to worry. If you receive phone calls then tell them you will fight the case even if you have to go to the supreme court. They will stop calling you after that. And even if doesnt stop then file a case of harrasment against the numbers.

We all should file a complaint online on cyber crime department portal. They will easily handle the situation and Trapp such kind of fraudent people to jail.
And these company said that we are filing a case against you in behalf of that fake agreement. If any people pay the money of their portal charges said 3999 and penalty said 2000. Then they ask more money. These kind of people should be in jail.
