I had a SBI credit card with card number 5xxxxxxxxxx031 Fraud transactions had been made from my credit card on 09/08/2022 of RS. 46713 and RS. 1100 to payu payment pvt ltd gurgaon india and two transactios of rs.00 to paytm test st. louis US. As soon as i get to know about the above transactions i had blocked my card. I have registered my FIR to my nearest police station as well as cyber cell .
I have already send all the related documents of the disputed transaction to SBI card office (SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd. Gurgaon -122002 (Haryana) as told by the bank and also by related officials.
I have asked the SBI card team not to generate my credit card bill as transaction is not made by me and the matter is under investigation .. but they generated the bill and send it to me with the deadline 25/09/2022 ..
and also i like to mention that despite of several attempt they have not told me the status of my complaint , they just tell me that we will let you know.
I am under financial pressure
kindly look into the matter.
