Regarding Membership from Fortune Holiday Inn and Suites

Complaint against Fortune Holiday Inn and Suites Value: 1,50,000
I have taken a membership from Fortune Holiday Inn and Suites in 2019 for Rs 1,50,000. As per this membership the company has provide accommodation booking for a week every year starting from 2019 onwards.  But now the company has merged with the other two companies named as Flyway Holiday Inn and Suites as well as Pacific Holidays. Whenever I contact these companies, they deny taking the bookings.  I have asked them to refund my money. They are neither helping in accommodation bookings nor refunding my money. Please help.
