Regarding movie hall charges for popcorn and soft drinks

On 6may2017 I went to watch a movie with my family in fun cinema in DD mall Gwalior which is owned by cinepolis India Pvt Ltd, their I purchased 1 popcorn tub (large size) and a friendly combo which includes 2 large soft drinks and 1 large tub popcorn, for both the purchase they charged me 5% and 20% vat respectively, so plz help me to refund my money which they charged in excess.
