Regarding non delivery by Nitraa Furniture

Online Order for Akbar Sofa cum bed for Rs. 19,900/- was placed on M/s Nitraa Furniture Pvt. Ltd., Chennai-32 on 26 Sept 2017. Payment made online to their Account No.IDBI Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Chennai. Order was placed vide ID No. 593171. We were contacting them upto 13 Jan 2018. After that they were not picking up our call. We requested to refund our money through mail ID Dt. 21, 29 & 30 Nov 2017. Still we neither received the item nor money. Necessary action may be initiated to get our money back. Thanking you.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
