Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from ACT Fibernet

The ACT Fibernet connection was disconnected on 10th of Apr 2023 from my place and till date they have not refunded my amount of Rs 1470/

After continuous follow up they collected the router on 13th May and since than I have been chasing them unsuccessfully to get my money back.

Please would request you to help me in getting my money back. Other details are:

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
