Regarding offers from Blue Hyundai

Blue Hyundai fake offers. Value: 10,000. Blue Hyundai, BEL road sent sms on the offers during booking period of Grand i10 car during June 2017, the car go delivered in same month but promised offers not delivered after 10 months. Calling customer care they put the blame on Hyundai. Is Hyundai being the international company cheat customer this way with offers.

He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
