Regarding online sale of saree by Whatsapp vendor

Fraud person selling online sarees Value: 6300

Hello there,
I have made a payment of 6300 rupees to an online sarees sellers running a watsapp business account on +91 8xxxxxx6. I was told to make payment before dispatching saree and there is return refund and exchange policy if I don’t like it. But since yesterday they seem to deactivated the account. I was told to transfer amount to the number 8xxxxxx3@paytm with name being “Kiransingh Pandram” and I transferred amount to it. I have transaction id for the same. Both the numbers are not reachable. Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
