Regarding order for shoes on Facebook page Red Reels

Selling ?129 MRP product for ?499. Value: ?499.

My father ordered a pair of shoes from some facebook page named RED REELS , he paid ?499 for it , while the product MRP is ?129. Now they are not picking up my call and there is no source through which I can contact them.
