Regarding outstanding against SBI credit card

SBI Simply save credit card team are not giving the photocopy of signed application form to verify the terms and conditions for which I signed. I am not a default customer of SBI credit card and I am paying the dues in time. They expect us to pay interest no proper response from the team. they said you can complain in the form. yesterday I got call from the team after 2 months of my email to the nodal office. they are threatening that if they convert outstanding amount in to emi my cibil score will come down, you cannot take any loan in future we will inform to the cibil authority. I have already paid Rs 40,000 interest for Rs 1,50000 outstanding in 6 months along with principle. now I have a outstanding amount of Rs85000. now I requested them to convert it in to EMI for 12 months. Earlier sales person has said you can convert the amount in to EMI now sbi team is saying we cannot convert in to EMI. they are saying come for settelement we will block your card and hand it over to clearing agents. again I am saying i am genuine customer I am not a defaulter. please do help in this regard.
