I booked the Air Ticket for Pat-Bom (3rd April 2021) Spice jet though EasemyTrip.com and my Booking ID – EMT80327967. I have cancelled my flight due to cancelled the flight and full refund done by Airlines. The full refund process has done from the airlines before 17th march 20121 but, i did not receive till now. Many times i called to the customer care of EasemyTrip but they did not resolve my issue and not initiated refund process till date. Please find the attached mail copy. Please help me to get my refund. I hope you will consider my request and i will get a positive response from your end.
