Sir I have booked a bus ticket from APSRTC bus booking app from vizag to Vijayawada on 28/08/23. The transaction is failed but amount was deducted from my account for Rs-943/-.I have given complaint to customer care immediately. They told within 14 days amount will be credited to the same account from which it was deducted. Almost it is reaching 1 month. I called again they are telling it will take further much more time. In this regard pl help me sir
