I made a complaint about the Cab’s AC not working and thereafter recd an interactive messaging, firstly apologising and then stating “ISSUE RESOLVED” without informing what was resolved. Also for further action, to refer to their SUPPORT app, which conveniently does not have any section for complaining or refunds.
The email did not mention about refunding me the charges for an AC cab, whereas I got a poorly maintained non AC cab. It seems OLA doesn’t inspect cabs for quality compliance – and only waits till a passenger is inconvenienced before taking ANY ACTION.
AND the OLA APP has conveniently avoided having a section permitting pax from filing their complaint
I want a refund of my payment for the terrible experience I faced – breathing smoke for seventy-five minutes of the ride from Mumbai airport to Sanpada, Navi Mumbai with windows open.
