Regarding refund due from Flipkart for failed flight booking

I had booked flight tickets on Flipkart app. They deducted amount right away but not even an email or sms confirmation is sent. After following up multiple times they are saying ticket is cancelled and amount will be refunded in a month. There is no communication about it and now am am stranded in between. They have taken away the amount and I cant even book with other apps.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October.
