Consumer Complaint Regarding Faulty Ptron Product Received.

Type & Model : pTron Bassbuds Duo in-Ear Earbuds. Product was received in defected condition, I sent the product to service center thru courier , company kept the product for more than 40 days and returned the same faulty product .. On asking to replace same model product they are saying it is not available and do not know when it will be available or not. not even ready to refund. Now saying that nothing further can be done on this complaint .
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
