I booked my ticket from Indore to Pune chartered Bus with the PNR No. 15xxxxxx8 through Make My Trip, However the bus could not reach pune and returned back to Indore.
I was given a call at 2:36 am on August 13, 20200 from a number 73xxxxxxx9 that whether I would like to claim a refund or book another ticket, I categorically said that I want the refund and the caller took note of the same.
Subsequently today i.e. August 13, 2022 I tried calling the said number but the person did not receive the call, I also called on the booking number and the person attended the call guided me to call on 738xxxxx0 but no one picked up the call (I tried many times though).
I want to claim the refund of my ticket money as the bus did not go to pune.
