Regarding refund from Luxehues

I have ordered and paid for canon 80d from Luxehues on 31st May at around 8.30pm. Since i liked to change my payment mode i wanted to cancel the order and called up on their customer care immediately after placing the order, which said the timings for customer care are 9am to 6pm. So i immediately called on next day morning around 9.15am and talked with customer executive HXXXi and has asked him to cancel the order. He says he won’t cancel the order and wouldn’t give any reason for that and he would cancel it only if i place some other order. I clearly mentioned him the policy put up on their website but he says he won’t do it. Following that i send an email to their customer care at care[@] highlighting their policy taken from their own website and since their business practice is to cancel and process full refund, i asked them to do the same. But i didn’t receive any reply from them for 2-3 days. Upon sending further emails they said they would cancel the order but they would deduct 2135 rupees as service charges. They wouldn’t provide me any reason or basis for deducting such charges and they has stopped replying to my emails.
