Battery despatched by Dell not delivered by Blue Dart

I have purchased a battery with dell and it is send to me by blue dart tracking id 15072261551 which was to be delivered on 2nd of june but I haven’t received it yet it is shipped by dell on 29 th only and when I talk to blue dart they dont give satisfying reply they say product shortage and online status shows it on ranchi warehouse on 2 nd of june and then no update I have asked to dell also they are also looking the matter but results are zero.
