Regarding refund from Makemytrip for train ticket cancellation

refund not received Value: 1762

I had booked rail ticket. it was tatkal ticket. still Make my trip offered me cancellation on it saying you can get full refund but you need to pay 400 rs for it. ticket price was 1762 rs and free cancellation charges 410 rs i had paid. I cancelled ticket but i did not get refund. now they are offering me only 410 rs.
