I have placed a prepaid order from patanjali website patanjaliayurved.net on 29th may 2020. There was no update regarding the order and it wasn’t shipped till 7th june 2020 so i cancelled the order. I got a message that my order has been cancelled but nothing was mentioned regarding the refund. I tried to contact them via emails but didn’t get any response. Their toll-free number is also not working.
How will i get my money back ?
