Regarding ticket bus cancellation SRS Travels

I booked a bus ticket by redbus from Vadodara to udaipur in SRS travels. Bus was cancelled at last moment..the bus operator didn’t inform me. Date of journey was 13 may 2017. Time of journey was 12:30 pm.. I have been waited for 4 hours. There was no alternate arrangement. Now I have called customer care so many times. They didn’t reply.. Srs customer care is not even picking the call. I am fed up now. Please do the right.
