Regarding unfair services from Indiamart

Indiamart give packages and take money after that they remove services and says management has changed it. Recently from Feb 2024 they made catalog view chargeable. I renewed my package In Jan for next 3 years and now within 30 days they made it chargeable. No one is responding now from their side. Very unprofessional and worst service.

Never trust Indiamart salesman and customr service, once money taken then they do anything they want.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
