Order not delivered by Nykaa. Value: 4549
I have ordered a product with Nykaa. It was supposed to be delivered on 26-02-2024. The order is delayed and the reason is some office is closed. It is in Hyderabad from 2 days. The only thing i receive as communication is we are looking into it on priority and I don’t see any action so far. This is the least customer friendly interface I have used so far. As customers we have to delete their apps, not use their portals to order products. I am definitely doing it. Please don’t purchase anything from Nykaa. Please take necessary action against them.
