I had ordered a top from this Instagram site/ page , the value of the product was 1700 the site offered a coupon code allowing the customer to get 200 discount. Based on the images posted by the company the item sent is false and a scam it is nothing like the image shown and the quality of the garment is mentioned wrong .
The order was paid through COD .
Contacted the seller informing them about the skin allergy as the material did not suit me. There was no help or assistance just simply – as you have used the coupon code we can’t do anything
On requesting and pleading I was told to send the item back and pay 200, which is not yet confirmed
So eventually this site will sell you clothes with false images and offer a discount and on receiving the item the customer will return with paying 200/- eventually the site getting the full amount of scam.
Please help or advise as they are not responding or returning my money
