Regarding Vivo mobiles Y16 and Y58, Repeated Device Failures

I am writing this email as a deeply dissatisfied customer who has experienced repeated issues with Vivo mobile devices, along with poor after-sales service and a complete lack of accountability from support teams.
I have purchased multiple Vivo smartphones over the last few years, including:
•    Vivo Y16 (Approx. purchase date: May 2023)
•    Vivo Y58 5G (Purchase date: 4th August 2024)
•    Plus two other models (purchase dates not recalled)
Unfortunately, despite investing in multiple devices from Vivo, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just a few days of using each model, I began facing serious and persistent technical issues:
•    Screen freezing
•    Fast battery drain
•    Audio malfunction
•    WhatsApp crashing or others app not working
•    Inability to make calls or send SMS
•    Device becoming unresponsive frequently
•    Bluetooth or Hotspot connecting issues
I visited Vivo Noida Sector 15 Service Center multiple times and was repeatedly told that there was “no issue.” My concerns were ignored without any diagnosis or meaningful resolution. The dismissive attitude felt like an insult to a paying customer’s time, money, and trust.
I also approached the retail outlet where I purchased the devices, but they refused to help after multiple follow-ups. The ongoing issues have caused disruption in my work, loss of clients, mental stress, and financial inconvenience — all due to trusting your brand.
This is not just a technical failure — it is a clear breakdown of customer care, service ethics, and brand responsibility.
I request the following:
1.    Immediate inspection and resolution of the faulty devices.
2.    Escalation of my complaint to a senior service manager.
3.    Compensation or replacement, considering the cumulative loss and distress caused.
Looking forward to a prompt and fair resolution.
