I submitted a withdrawal request of ?80,000 on 5th June 2025 through the Dafabet online gaming platform. As per Dafabet’s policy, the withdrawal should be approved and processed within 1–4 banking days (excluding weekends and holidays).
However, even after 6 days, my withdrawal is still “pending for approval”, and Dafabet support is only giving generic responses like “please wait” or “team is checking.” I have asked multiple times for the reason behind the delay, but they have failed to provide a valid explanation.

• No terms have been violated from my side
• They are holding ?80,000 of my money without any legal reason
This delay seems intentional and unethical, as they continue to stall the payment without transparency.
I request the consumer protection authorities to:
1. Direct Dafabet to immediately approve and release my ?80,000
2. Investigate this matter for potential fund withholding or fraud
3. Take action against such platforms delaying legitimate customer payments
