Regarding wrong debits by Axis Bank for emi purchase

I am writing this one after very disappointing work done by the axis bank on my credit card account. Here is the brief of my case I have done a purchase of amount 11699 on CC EMI basis through flipkart dated 10.07.21 but unfortunately same transaction of 11699 was debited twice due to system error in axis bank system as said by axis bank customer care in addition to the transaction done by me , so overall 3 transaction of 11699 debited shown in Aug statement and 2 transaction of 11699 credited in CC account ,as product was return by me the amount 11699 was credit to my CC dt 18.07.21 by flipkart and on discussion with customer they instead of resolving my case they temporarily credit 11699 twice and now as in december statement temporaily credit has been removed and issue has not been resolved , amount due is 18828.87 Dr due to un resolved issue of previous transaction as done in july and earlier i had talked with flipkart they have refunded the amount which was paid . I am also enclosing SS of my axis Bank July in which amount was debited thrice with their reference no. & also SS having refund & credit of amount 11699 , Plz resolve the issue of July 21 case transaction with, Hope forum will understand my issue and will resolve the same with 1 week. It is very special request to resolve my problem as i cannot afford to pay 18827.87 Rs amount as 11699 is extra has been charged from Axis bank from me
