Regarding wrong delivery by Ajio, no return pickup support

Complaint against not picking up return item by Ajio. Value: 699
I received a wrong item without any tags nor labelling which seems like a old worn saree from Ajio and in this regard i requested a return  within time but my return request was cancelled without my consent.Till date my item has not been picked by the pickup agent.Fraud seller and difficult return policy of Ajio
