Complaint regarding my Kelvinator AC (Model: SAC 1.5T INV5S KAS-X18510B), which has been non-functional for the past 6 days. Despite team’s assurance in the last communication that the issue would be resolved within 72 hours, absolutely no action has been taken so far.
This delay is not just disappointing, but completely unacceptable—especially considering that I opted for the Reliance ResQ plan, paying a premium for timely service and peace of mind.
What I have received instead is negligence, repeated cancellations, and a complete lack of responsibility from your service team.
It is extremely difficult to endure such conditions in the ongoing extreme heat in Greater Noida. I am now tired of waiting tirelessly and feel harassed by the lack of any resolution or urgency from your end.
When can I expect this issue to be resolved? Please resolve it without any further delays or excuses.
