The product delivered is showing TDS of 150 which is not drinkable. The technician did not fit the new product well and I am still buying water from outside. Complaint was registered the same day it was fitted. ticket number is CM-14xxxx5-5xxxxxx4. No one from the Company has still attended it. I am still buying water from outside and no one is picking the calls. I tried reaching to the sales team as well the customer care numbers. I am facing trauma and insecurity about the amount paid and buying water from outside.
I logged a complaint with them and they say the case is closed I have still the ticket open where I raised the taste issue same day filter was fit. I still have the app complaint open. They said they have open a sales complaint cm-1xxxxxx5-5xxxxxxx9 for refund or replace but that too has not happened. When I wrote the same to grievance officer got a response that resolution is provided.
