I have shifted to new rented house on 10th June 2020 and raised a request for shifting hathway connection to my new address on 8th June 2020, after multiple follow up and calls to Customer care till date 30 June 2020 shifting was not yet done. calling CC every day the executives are disconnecting my call now.
I have already recharged my connection for 6 month and its valid till September and from last 23 days I am not able use the internet as shifting is not done yet.
Please help me in this regard to get the amount back or shifting done ASAP and extend the renewal to those days which I lost without using the internet.
