Restaurant charging 100% more on bottled water plus GST

I had consumed one water bottle (Kinley 20/-) during lunch at this hotel. They charged 40/- for the same excluding GST. I had asked them to change the bill as per MRP but they denied. Refund from Air Asia – Rs.14,036/- : Mr. Soumavo Sarkar of Bangalore 560083, Karnataka booked 2 tickets with AirAsia for 14th June 2020, flight number – I5-1982 via website happyeasygo.com. Quality complaint against Monginis cake: Ms. Dipika Mulchandani, Ghatkopar(w) mum 86, Maharastra (Email: dipikam86(at)gmail.com) purchased a cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on the occassion of Mother’s day. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent.
