Restaurant charging more than MRP

Water bottle charged double price than MRP. Value: 19Rs charged 40Rs. Restaurant Gilly’s Resto- Bar, BEL Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, charging us 40Rs for 19rs water bottle. First we requested Manager for 21rs extra from MRP, however, he started saying “everyone pays” and “its my house my rule”. We paid it telling that we might have to complain regarding this. Then he started saying “you guys are well educated but you still have to pay”. I am requesting to take some strict actions so restaurant like such will not play with customer money.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
